Sylvana Azzi has been with Ray White Merrylands since the day the doors were first opened!

Beginning at reception and handling sale support and Property Management at the same time, Sylvana is definitely a woman of many talents.

Over the last year Sylvana has shown extraordinary support to both her fellow employees and clients/customer's requirements. She always goes the extra mile for both.

Not only is she a supportive and energetic Property Manager for both tenants and Owners, she has become a friend. Always listening and continually ensuring both tenants and landlords are happy from the start of the relationship to the very end and beyond.

Tackling any problem that crosses her path with professionalism, knowledge, experience and more than anything a welcoming and comforting smile. Never letting times of stress tie her down.

Apart from the friendship between landlords Sylvana acts on all areas of professionalism when accounted for important issues like end of month statements issued to owners promptly and her very short arrears list. Even as a loved friend and manager to both tenants and landlords, Sylvana's high standards on customer service and protection to owners assets are not underestimated and both tenants and landlords respect that which lead to a stronger bond between them.

Sylvana's vivacious personality has welcomed into our office many more managements over the past year and her hard work has welcomed many lesees to our growing database.
